• Modern fully equipped kitchen which has every possible convenience, including a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, washer/dryer and a microwave.
• Has a large picture window overlooking the private Courtyard Garden - giving lots of natural daylight and a lovely feeling of openness throughout the day.

Optional pre-order grocery service from the supermarket of your choice - you shop - they drop - we put away before your arrival

Whether you want to cook a special meal at home or simply 'bed and breakfast' so that you can enjoy some of Winchester's more than 30 restaurants. The City is well known for its gastronomic delights and we will be glad to recommend our favourites.

Who Sleeps Where?

Bedroom 1

There is a kingsize bed (which can spilt into two singles) All bedding & linen are provided - if your stay is for longer than one week, we offer a complimentary linen change. There is also a second colour TV/DVD player for those late night movies snuggled up in bed.

Bedroom 2

There are bunk beds in the second bedroom. All bedding & linen are provided - if your stay is for longer than one week, we offer a complimentary linen change.

Sleep more than 4?

 The leather sofa bed in the lounge will sleep another 2 guests - just let us know if you wish to use it and we will provide linen
On your request, we can provide a travel-cot (please bring baby's covers and linen), high-chair and step-up for the little members of your family.
A further 'put-u-up' folding bed for use in the open living area or bedroom 1 - again just let us know if you wish to use it so we can provide extra bed linen for you. 

Bathroom

The bathroom has a toilet, hand-basin, and a bath with a thermostatically controlled shower over the bath.
All towels are included in the price.

Garden

Outside, the secluded courtyard garden leading off the kitchen at the rear offers a pleasant environment with seating and table for 6 to enjoy those long summer evenings.
A gas BBQ is available for guest's use in season.

Availability

In order to preserve family time at weekends for our staff and ourselves we prefer weekday arrival and departures, but we do understand that this may not be possible due to your travel arrangements or other commitments.
